Workday Job Aid Workbook
I developed this workbook as a resource for the 80+ employees with administrative access to the Workday Learning module. It outlined post–go-live governance standards and provided step-by-step guidance for completing common administrative tasks within the system. To support ongoing updates and maintain a single source of truth, I also created an interactive online version that allowed employees to reference the same live resource in real time.
SAP Onboarding 101 eLearning
I collaborated with key stakeholders to design a storyboard and develop an eLearning version of a previously instructor-led session about the onboarding process. This course was developed to reduce post–go-live support tickets by creating a scalable, self-paced enablement solution for onboarding administrators. The excerpt included here highlights the video demonstrations and process guidance incorporated into the 30-minute course to support both current and future administrators.
Evergreen Requisition Interactive Job Aid
I developed an interactive job aid to support the multi-step process of creating evergreen job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors. The resource included detailed instructions, guided sub-steps, and embedded video demonstrations to support users throughout the process. Hosted within the organization’s ServiceNow knowledge management system, the tool provided employees with just-in-time support that could serve as either a quick refresher or a more in-depth process walkthrough, helping improve consistency and reduce reliance on direct support. Stakeholder Engagement
During the first quarter following the Workday go-live at Grady Health System, I dedicated more than 60 hours to stakeholder engagement and administrator enablement efforts. This work included one-on-one support sessions, governance and open-forum discussions, and system demonstrations focused on supporting new operational workflows and content management standards. I also facilitated demonstrations across both Workday and supporting platforms used within our learning ecosystem. Below are examples of a governance discussion and a live demonstration of content creation in Articulate Rise 360 for a group of administrators.
