Grady Memorial Health Workday Implementation

The implementation of Workday at Grady Memorial Health System provided me the opportunity to support enterprise-wide transformation for an organization of more than 9,000 employees. In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, I contributed to change enablement, governance strategy, system design, platform optimization, and employee adoption initiatives that aligned business needs with scalable technology solutions. My work focused on improving operational efficiency, supporting long-term system adoption, and enhancing the overall employee experience in Workday Learning.

Multi-Module Change Enablement

I designed and facilitated change impact and training demonstrations for Payroll, Recruiting, Core HCM, & Learning module implementations.

I implemented governance standards and supporting business processes to streamline content management in the Workday Learning module. I achieved 90% governance adherence for over 1000+ content items.

I worked with solution architects to build custom enrollment reports, administrative security roles, and dashboard configurations aligned with the business needs of an organization with 9k+ employees.

I implemented a community of practice to support 83 enterprise educators in learning the admin functions of WD Learning. Through enablement efforts, I decreased the post go-live support calls by 41%.
